Payment Terms
Payments must be made in advance before work begins. We accept payments through Razorpay, UPI, bank transfer, and other online payment methods.
Service Delivery
Service timelines depend on project scope and client response time. Delays caused by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.) are not our responsibility.
Limitations
We are not liable for results affected by external factors beyond our control, including algorithm changes, platform policies, or client-provided content issues.
Refund & Cancellation Policy – Grow Biz
We strive to deliver quality services. However, we understand that circumstances may change.
Refund Eligibility
Refund is possible only if no work has started after payment.
If a project has already started, no refund will be issued. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
Digital Services
Digital services (websites, designs, marketing campaigns) cannot be returned once delivered. All sales are final after delivery and client approval.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel the service only before work begins.
Once work has started, cancellation is not allowed. Partial refunds are not available for partially completed work.
